Maggie's photo and video album

Maggie has a beautiful reddish coat with black highlights. Floppy ears and the most loving, sweet eyes I have ever seen in a puppy. Maggie has already figured out she is staying here with my cats and me as we rescue more dogs in the future. She will be a new addition to my family. She generally does not boss her siblings, but she will not be bossed either. She loves Prissie's Rat Toy. Prissie is not overly thrilled with this toy being taken over by a puppy.

Maggie came to my house with 4 siblings. Chella, Rex, Sarge and Bennie. They were my first group of fosters. And Maggie is my first "foster fail". While each of the puppies was exceedingly cute, Maggie was my favorite from pretty close to the start. She was the most adventurous of her litter mates and was ready to explore at any opportunity.

I was nervous about applying to adopt Maggie, and did not feel optimistic about my chances. But in the end, things worked out better than I could have imagined. And now Maggie is part of the family.

Maggie has quickly adjusted to her siblings moving on to another foster so I could care for a new group of nine puppies who are now weaned. She has also quickly bonded with two other fosters. She frequently plays with Bambi and her puppy. Sometimes joining them for naps.
